Decorated to suit any occasion, our tiny works of art not only taste fabulous but look stunning too! Just south of Bath, Nikki lives with her husband and two small children. After spending years making party cakes for her family and friends, Nikki decided to make Gorgeous Cupcakes for everyone else! Since then the business has gone from strength to strength and now Country Cupcakes provides cupcakes to the whole of the region.
To me a cake is a wonderful work of art created especially to act as the centrepiece of your wedding feast. It symbolises your future happiness as bride and groom and with such a significant role to play in / on your special day, not only must your cake look superb, it must also taste sensational.
I design and create all styles of cake- classic, contemporary, traditional, beautiful, fun, bright and funky. Some are encased with chocolate, others finished with exquisite handcrafted sugar flowers. The choice is ultimately yours. You may want your cake to be simple and sophisticated or brightly coloured and vivacious. My only wish is to work with you to create your dream.

I am a qualified chef with all appropriate hygiene certificates and have been cake decorating for fifteen years for friends and family.
When I started planning my own wedding in 2004 I realised just how expensive everything was. The price always seemed to double when you mention the word Wedding.
I felt there was a need for more sensible priced wedding cakes for those of us who couldn't or didn't want to spend a years wages on one day, but who still wanted to have everything for their special day.
I set up my business in 2006 and this year I have completed a professional diploma in sugar craft.

My name is Hilary Henley. I pride myself in using only the finest ingredients in each of my homemade cakes, which could be rich fruit, sumptious chocolate, lucious lemon, moist carrot or I could use your own specific recipe for dietry needs.
All decorations are handmade by me to order- flowers and figures are my specialility.
I teach Leisure courses in Cakes Decorating and Sugarcraft at the local College, and am an active member of the Trowbridge branch of the British Sugarcraft Guild.
I have entered and won awards in local, national and international competitions.
